LEADERSHIP. LIFE. WHAT COMES NEXT.

The person
behind the role
matters.

Good leadership asks a great deal of a person.
That person deserves careful attention.

I help CEOs and boards preserve clarity as authority expands, and accomplished people make room for what matters now.

Three questions I often ask

WHO I WORK WITH

CEOs & boards · Senior leaders · Business owners · Thoughtful people in transition

THE WORK

Different doors.
One human concern.

How do we lead well, see more accurately, and remain fully ourselves along the way?

FOR THE CULTURE YOU CREATE

THE THINGS THAT KEEP ME HUMAN

Building things.
Good conversation.
A little room for joy.

And a sense of humor.

BEFORE WE MEET

A psychologist.
A builder.
A person, first.

I’m Kevin. I’m interested in what happens to people as they carry responsibility—and what helps them remain whole.

My work brings together more than 30 years across clinical psychology, executive advising, adult education, and human formation. I work with leaders, boards, business owners, and people finding their way into a new season of life.

I also love working with my hands. In Murph’s Garage, a building project has a way of becoming a conversation about patience, alignment, and the things worth taking care of.

I bring that same spirit to this work: careful attention, honest questions, warmth, and the belief that understanding should leave us with more room to live.

A PLACE TO BEGIN

What’s asking for
your attention?

You don’t need a polished answer.
Start with what feels familiar.

Who helps you see clearly when everyone is looking to you?

As responsibility grows, honest feedback can become harder to reach. Leadership Calibration creates space to examine a live question, test your interpretation, and consider the consequences of your next move.

Every life deserves to be received
before it is interpreted.
